We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Check each listing for measurements, materials, included pieces, care, food-contact suitability, and heat or cleaning restrictions.

Stone veining, wood grain, glaze, photography, and screen settings may produce reasonable differences in appearance. Contact us about a material discrepancy or product issue.

Prices currently appear in USD on the U.S. storefront. Shipping, applicable taxes, discounts, and the total are displayed at checkout before payment.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. Payment, inventory, and order details may be verified before fulfillment. If an order cannot be accepted, we will contact you or arrange an appropriate refund.

Processing, estimated transit, delivery charges, and tracking are described in the Shipping Policy. An estimated arrival is not a guaranteed delivery date.

The Return & Refund Policy describes eligible returns, instructions, costs, and refunds. Nothing in these terms removes non-excludable consumer rights.
